officespaceSG.com helps Singapore companies between 4 and 200 people find the right office space, faster and at better terms than going direct to landlords or property portals.
We work exclusively as tenant representatives. Our fee is paid entirely by landlords — so tenants pay nothing, ever. We work with a curated network of CEA-licensed commercial property brokers who know the Singapore market intimately.

We specialise exclusively in the Singaporean market and in companies between 4 and 200 people. This is the segment that benefits most from tenant representation: large enough to need a proper office, small enough that most landlord negotiations happen without dedicated in-house property teams.
Today, the matching service is live for CBD and Raffles Place and Tanjong Pagar. We track inventory in Marina Bay, Paya Lebar and One-North and will expand coverage when matched supply is verified.
